Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your little ones to love every purchase, but if an item isn't the perfect fit, we accept returns on unworn apparel within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn clothing in its original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
